Liviu Goldenberg is a successful fashion industry executive with 35 years of global sourcing and year-over-year operational growth experience across the retail, wholesale and manufacturing industries. Liviu has held senior management and ownership positions in both private and branded global companies. As a co-owner of Hilltex Inc., he was responsible for sourcing and production.

Additional global sourcing experience includes being a private label manufacturer for Bill Blass, Red Cats USA and Esprit among others. He was Vice President of Sourcing and Operations for Passport Brands (Marithe & Francois Girbaud) for over seven years. Additional experience at Passport included being a sourcing consultant for Girbaud World Wide. As a hands on executive he has travelled extensively to all the major manufacturing regions of the world sourcing and developing relationships with socially responsible producers. At Marithe & Francois Girbaud he also sourced and successfully designed, developed and implemented PLM and B2B platforms and understands their impact to the bottom line.

Mr. Goldenberg holds a degree in Civil Engineering from University of Maryland.
